There is a fictive font seller which is specialized in selling city themed font packages. This package is about Vienna. In this case the font is influenced by the 17th district – Hernals. The name of the district comes from an old knight strain „Herren von Als“ (the men of river Als). Now the river lies underground and the district has a high immigration rate, mainly young people. I wanted to represent these young people – the modern men of Als.
